Is there any hope of getting the Hanami(?) icon in the future?

Currently on the Japanese server, they are having an event called "Hanami on the Rift" (or so the terrible google translate seems to say) similar to when we had the Pool Party event for some free icons and potentially Pool Party Mundo for everyone. This time around it is some IP boosts and an icon shown above that I really love.

Down to the point: is there any hope of getting this icon on other servers similarly to how the Nami and Anchor icons from Oceania were released earlier this year?

Maybe down the line. We recently got the OCE icons (Nami, Anchor) which i believe the OCE servers had for a year? Not too sure. But im sure if people keep talking about wanting it like they did with the OCE icons we will probably get it eventually!
