Really depends on your playstyle. He isin't really the "adaptable" mage he used to be, hes pretty much just rush max hex core.
He's a skill heavy champion, basically you can rek everyone if your good enough. Every game is a skill matchup: who knows their champ better. Top counters for him are ahri and syndra, ahri i do really well against, but syndra i had a lot of issues until i figured her out.
A tip, know everyone you would face and change your style accordingly.
