I am constantly at about 55% win, yet I still win 2 games, and lose both games worth in 1 game. Really frustrating. I could see if I was always at

Talking about first win of the day bonus on a thread talking about LP has no relevancy. It has nothing to do with having thin skin, but more so you wasting everyone's time with your troll comments.

That right there explains this guy went out of his way. Checked your account. Tried to further understand your question. I agree, if a person looked up your name...( SINCE YOUR OBVIOUSLY BANNED & Are posting on a lvl 22. )

Now I have been at a steady 55% win rate but only get 10 lp for a loss and god knows how many I lose since it depends on how many I have. If I have 20, I lose 20. If I have 30, I lose 30 lol. It's frustrating.

This was posted. So instead of trying to help yourself. You dove down someones throat.

Depends on your MMR and opponent's MMR. i got demoted from gold 5 to silver 1 meaning i play vs lower silvers now than i did before. The bigger the difference in rank the more LP you lose. I win 13 lp for a win and lose 23+ lp for a loss. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo that's my understanding

So now that you provided enough information for someone to answer this question for you.

Your account recognizes your current skill cap. Until you are able to improve on your win ratio, or win a mass amount in a row your going to be capped. The system is set up to do so.

How this answer would vary, if your DIAMOND players get 10 -12 lp a win, then lose 30lp a loss. This issue was supposed to have been fixed, but clearly has not yet.

Once again, every single post was relevant and directly related yo you and your account.

I dont think he understands LP at all seeing how he thinks you get more for first win or is just thinking you made a mistake typing IP but even then it doesnt take a genius to figure out what this topic is about. Also yes ranked is bull but its bull that we have little control over.

**The way it was explained to me, correct me if I'm wrong: ** It has nothing to do with your opponents MMR, it's the difference between your MMR and your rank.

If your rank is high but your MMR is low, you will experience big losses and small gains.

LP gains and losses will correlate with your opponents MMR, but this is because matchmaking matches based on your MMR and not your rank.

The way to raise your MMR is to win more games than you lose. Once your MMR is above your rank, you will start gaining more LP than you lose.

edit: I think it's easier to lose MMR than it is to gain it, so you need more than a 55% win rate to climb easily. I'm not entirely sure how MMR works, and I don't know anyone who does.

Jakiron is completely correct. if you are losing 30 lp for a loss and only getting 12 lp for a win then it means the system is trying to balance out your skill level with the rank you are in. it means that chances are your MMR is lower than the average MMR for gold 5 the only way to fix that is to keep winning. if you stay at the 55% win percentage then your MMR will slowly rise. Don't lose hope you can get there!

How long will it take, though? I mean, I have been at 55% for like a solid 40 games lol. Every time I check op.gg, I'm 50-60% for my last 20 games...

Sadly no lol. I occasionally will duo, I just don't think it's fair to be honest. My win rate for when I duo is damn close to 100%, aside from the few times I duo'd with my plat friend. He was on tilt and I tried to get him back....well he played really badly since he was on tilt lol, so I told him not to play for awhile lol.

That's fine, I was just trying to get an idea of why League thinks I'm too shitty to play where I am at with a 55% win ratio :/

Well duo queing with someone lower than you even if youre winning will drag your mmr through the dirt thats why i asked
