And I'm currently having 672 Rp. Is there any way I can just gain at least like, just the 3 RP please? Please Rito! Just 3 RP will do!!!

Draw a picture(or a pitcher, apparently ;)) and post it either on the forums or in a support ticket. They'll usually give you up to 10 RP(I believe 10 is the limit) for a skin or icon you want provided you have never had this done for you previously.

Yea, I just received an email from support, after sending them one for a 3rp request, and indeed, I do have to draw something for them. Dunno what reason is for. Will just pencil outline do? I just hate doing the colouring pencil/oil pastel part.

They want you to give them something for this RP... it's supposed to be almost a 'trade' of sorts, you put in some effort, you get some rp out of it. This isn't them just 'throwing RP away for free' you have to prove you really want it by giving them something. A picture isn't 100% required, I'm sure if you wrote a poem or a story, sang a song, made a video, sewed a costume or created a sculpture(provided any of the above were LoL-themed) that'd be good enough too... pictures are just kind of the standard 'go to'. It's more a matter of showing effort than them wanting pictures.

Open a support ticket with a picture of astro nautilus, or nautilus in general.

They can give you a small amount if your short of something on sale. Just note this is a once per account thing.
