It's little things like this that make me smile.
I find it more annoying when you're getting chased down river, you get the honey fruit, then scuttle just body blocks you and your heal and gets you killed...
This was specifically listed in the patch notes

"Hungry scuttles."
FORAGING: Rift Scuttlers now eat nearby Honeyfruit. If you kill them while they’re eating, you have no heart.
