Wishlist System

A cool and simple thing to implement into the store would be a Wishlist

Like if your friend really wants a champion and/or skin and like you wanna give it to them as a surprise it would be nice to go to their profile, look at their wishlist and just buy it for them.

It's not much but like how nice would it be to get a present you really wanted without anyone actually asking you what it is
