Better Nerf Irelia

After Almost 3 Seasons rito decided to do something about this broken champion we call Irelia

They did. They "nerfed" her.

What a "Nerf" i'd say. incredibly strong. It's like shes not even a good champion anymore. Rito nerfing everything to the ground these days.

I guess now that shes so bad everyone is gonna get away with 10/20/30/40 More HP than they normally would after an Irelia combo
