What do we have to do to get a holiday Ashe skin?

Yet another year of festive fun and I am but a sad summoner. For why, the title of the topic should tell. And so here I am, both complaining and questioning why Ashe cannot get a holiday skin? Am I alone in this desire or are there others with me? If there are others, let us join arms in fighting the right fight! Dang, I'll even go type up a holiday tale if it'll help aid in getting a holiday skin for Ashe. Probs be garbage, but hey, a sad summoner does what they can do. Yeah though, I actually kind of don't know what the point of this is.
