Why hasn't Warwick or Shaco been updated?

Been playing this game for almost 5 years and there hasn't been any significant changes to 2 junglers that have been around forever. These champs are what made me learn jungling back in s2 and s3 and I'm wondering why they havent had any kind of updates to their kits.

Dont touch my shaco rito. Just visual and bugs. Actually increase box timers by 25 seconds plz

Well, Warwick rework is in the works. I don't see any problems with Shaco tough.
