Why don't some lvl 30s play ranked
I thought everyone got lvl 30 to play ranked? Or even just to have fun isn't a cool idea to be ranked? Or is it just me.

A. Not ready in terms of skill B. Prefer casual play C. Doesn't want the stress of having to maintain a rank D. Can't support a PC/Wireless Connection good enough to not lag
there is soo much pressure also. alot of people just like to have fun and rather not sit through 20mins of someone (adc) getting mad at them for little to nothing.
