Help me decide who to buy?

So, I just hit 4800 IP and I'm looking to buy either a new mid laner or jungler. Preferably someone who's strong right now and is easy to pick up, learn, and take to ranked in a few weeks.

I've mainly been looking at Lee Sin, Sejuani, and Malzahar.

Some other ones I've thought about are Maokai, Jarvan IV, Nocturne, Skarner, Kennen, Swain and Cassiopeia.

Help me decide?

Sej is prob one of the easiest to pick up and shes really strong right now, although idk after her nerfs.

I think J4 is the best. Super strong, and he's pretty versatile. 8)
