I know we all kinda hate riot support. but...

Okay, riot support may SUCK at small issues, such as icons, weird rp amounts etc... however, I personally think they do a GREAT job at big issues such as stolen accounts, missing stats, unauthorized purchases, and things like that. 2 months ago my email and account were both hacked (same password kinda my fault) this allowed the hacker to change my password for my account after he sold the account on a website for $350 dollars. I submitted a request and 2 DAYS later I got my account fully back. 2 DAYSSS, other games when I've gotten my account hacked generally take 1-2 WEEKS. before you even get a response, and sometimes the response is "were sorry but we don't really give two shits about you so go f**k yourself ok byesies :D" so although it tooks me like 2 weeks to get that icon a few months ago, riot support isn't all bad on serious issues like stolen accounts. BUT GAWD DAYUM THEY NEED MORE CATEGORIES.
