Lucian seems like a rare pick now in LCS
Rito, could you buff him up a little or something? It's not justifiable to nerf him into oblivion when you created this biatch 
. Pretty please? I'm getting tired of seeing the same ADCs in LCS

What was the nerf that took him out of favor?
they nerfed his passive double shot, increased cooldown on culling, his E, and increased the mana cost on E
Not picked in LCS does not mean weak. It means he's not absurdly OP. It's a fault with the GAME if you have to pick the same 3 champs that are in the LCS every game to have a chance... and buffing Lucian won't really fix that.
I hear this every split. I've seen it with Vayne, Caitlyn, Ezreal, Jinx, Twitch, and Kog'Maw. Hell, there was a time when Ashe and Varus were causing problems due to support Zyra and the Legolas build respectively.
Didn't you get tired of seeing Lucian (and Tristana) when he was still good? He was literally in every match for about a year. I'm pretty pleased with the way things are.
Lucian simply doesn't fit in with what teams need from their ADCs at a professional level. He's still a competitive pick and will fit in with some pro comps from time to time... kind of like Vayne or Cait
