Just make All champs avaliable in AR game modes

I was super sad when I realized ARAM was not actually ALL random. Then I thought it was kind of a stupid advantage.

Would probably only increase dodgers and tbh no, its fine just as it is. I only have one account for all modes but still, I already hate it getting certain of my champs on the abyss. If it were to be a champ I dont really know or never played it would just affect my game and the game of others negatively because I probably would be too cautious not to feed or have no clue of the champion in details (more than just what qwer abilities are).
