nam nams is so OP in urf and SOOO much fun. the best part is that NO ONE understands and they keep fighting you like "oh it's just a nami..... *you have been slain O.o"

Last year I enjoyed Azir due to the crazy attack speed his soldiers got from the cooldown reduction.
But probably not going to like him as much since they changed the attack speed scaling of his soldiers to be per rank in W. Instead of cooldown reduction.
Use Q to farm up EXP early game, and once you have level 2 ult, just spam Q while you walk around and press R on the nearest enemy

Orianna is a lot of fun. theres basically 0 cd throwing the ball everywhere. Ekko is fun to, ummm sivir is a prety good adc as you can spell shield every 3-4 seconds.

Zyra's really fun (if they don't have a team full of broken champions, that is). You have MASSIVE pressure from your plants early game and late game you can control several zones all by yourself
Orianna's really nice too, you can reposition the ball constantly, shield your allies, speed them up, slow your enemies, etc. URF Orianna kinda feels like what Orianna should always play like. You really feel like a dancer, IMO
Vlad gets really stupid, but in a funny way. His Q has an insanely low CD and you can ALMOST perma-W. If the enemy doesn't have instant CC they can almost never catch you because you can just pool away from everything (it gives you a small speedboost too!)

I use AP Kog'Maw the most. 
So far I've tried Liandry's+DFT Braum (it looked better on paper), Karthus (felt kind of unfair once you hit 6. Massive gamechanger), Azir (that feel when you get S rank on a champ you don't own), and Bard (~ooootay). Bard and Azir were probably my favorites of the bunch. Bard's just fun, build full AP and he seriously chunks people, you can spam self heal for speed buffs, tunnel back and forth, ult anything you want. Azir permanently has 3 soldiers up, and can do the Shurima Shuffle every 2-3 seconds if you want. His lane pressure, especially against someone without ranged poke, is pretty brutal.
EDIT: Graves is pretty cool; super bursty as always, but the cool thing is his E; you get super tanky much easier since it's such a short cooldown you can use it really often. I'm expecting similar things with Lucian, but less burst more mobility.
EDIT2: Yep, Lucian's a more mobile, less tanky Graves. Your dash+passive resets your dash immediately at lvl 1
EDIT3: MF is pretty cool; 100% uptime on Strut, E harass for days. Ult is on a short CD, so you can shred people, but most players take highly mobile champs so usually you don't get a good channel on the team.
EDIT4: Mixed on Veigar; lots of potential, I just suck on him, lol. Can stack everything, can stun back to back, games don't seem like they last long enough to really scale up though. Doesn't seem like he can punish as hard for landing a stun.
EDIT5: Gangplank is fun; if you're good with barrels, he's very strong. You can have so many out at a time, hahahaha, just leave a trail everywhere you go
EDIT6: OMFG Sejuani. Full Tank Sejuani. Had a salty opponent say I was try-harding by playing full tank; honestly this was the most fun I've had all URF. Her Q has basically no cooldown, especially when maxed. You just ram into people over and over and over again until they die. It's so great. Early game is a bit rough, but if you have a dive buddy (I had Malphite), you can all in after you get a few levels. Oh yea, her ult is on a 15 second cooldown. It's brilliant.
0.6 second cooldown on Q. 
Burn Ashe (Deathfire touch, Liandrys, Sorc Shoes and then Full AD, no Atkspd/crit)
Critscrank and full AP Fiddle. Blitz because the second you land a hook bad things happen to people. And fiddle because I love fiddle and the silence that is on a 3 sec CD is insane.
Sion and Fiddle are quite fun!

since his Q is damn strong in URF, but still doesn't feel broken or something. He can anihilate squishy targets and while not being OP his ult and burst still give him a chance to fight stronger champs.

Okay but ignoring AP with her really funny Q spam I think was absolutely golden. Even just building default still worked out because when you hit W, your ult is basically an improved Karthus Q with an execute. Combined with the auto in-between every ult that doesn't even have a mana cost and if it's not Galio, the enemy's going to just melt in 3 seconds guaranteed.
