Can Rengar passive champion panel show in combat?
I know it's probably the Kindred panel which is hidden during combat? Can Rengar's show during combat or is it hidden to help keep stuff off of the screen while you fight?

Yes, it's hidden.
Rengars Ferocity also decays when he leaves combat, so you can look at your passive icon in your cooldown bar. Once it reaches 0, your ferocity dissapears and your Champion Panel shows agian :P
