Thanks for letting us know the maturity level of these players. Unfortunately it appears that there are rules that do not allow you to show us the names of those with the poor behaviour.

Like the others said, you are not allowed to use other summoners names. BUT, you can support a ticket to Riot Support at https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and send them your screenshots. They'll handle it from there.
