Let me give you a list of people who I have reported for their troll picks:
took him jg after I requested he pick literally any other jungler, said "I know what i'm doing Olaf is OP", proceeded to feed like I expected one of the weakest champs in the game to do.
took him jg built Devourer (before Cinderhulk even got nerfed) and zero tank items, absolutely useless to the team and was getting killed in the middle of his ult.
top and refused to put a single point into toxic shot until lvl 12, said "Mind your own business this is my OP strategy". Ended up going 0/6/0 against an Amumu top.
enemy singed locked in AP Singed mid AFTER Zed had first picked. Zed was forced to lane against my Nasus top and as you can guess, both me and my mid won lane and destroyed the enemy team.
last picked and said he only plays Fiora, so he took her support and was useless. Didn't even buy wards.
top, almost reported him but then he destroyed a 
top and got fed out of his mind, to the point that he bought an 
and singlehandedly decimated the enemy team. Honored him instead.
If people constantly report you for your pick, it means you're doing something that angers lots of people. This is a team game, start caring about the team.
