Trading bug/issue

Hey so I've had a (ranked) game where me or anyone in my team could not trade champions , we had the champions but the game simply started after last pick locked in and we had no time to trade, anyone else experience this?

You probably lagged out and your client didn't know the last pick had already locked in, so it continued the timer as if he didn't. If this happens before you pick, it can cause you to dodge because you don't know your time ran out.
