Can we please, for the love of god, fix normals matchmaking?

I don't see how games like this are remotely fair. I don't have a problem with being matched up with higher ranks, but when they are all on one team against a bunch of bronzies and unranked then the game becomes miserable, and this isn't a once in a while thing, horribly unbalanced teams are every other normals game. Your team refuses to surrender even when the enemies are camping outside the base farming kills refusing to end and making sure to let you know how "EZ" the game is for them in /all, you can't leave the game because you get punished with leaverbuster. Locking players in games where they are vastly outranked really ruins the game and it's a great way to turn off new players entirely.
