Dafault cursor positioning

There is a lot of needless clicking that goes on throughout the client because the cursor is not placed in a logical position. The various text boxes are the main culprit. If I am in champ select, the only possible thing my cursor can do is focus the chat box, but instead I have to click on it before I can type. If I open a chat box to a friend, the only reason to do that is to chat with them, so my cursor should go directly to the chat entry without needing me to click on it. In post game lobby, the only thing my cursor can do is to type in the chat box, so it should just go there. If I bring up the report window, the only thing my cursor can do is let me type a report.

In all cases where the only valid thing that the typing cursor can do is type in one specific text box, IT SHOULD BE IN THAT TEXT BOX AT ALL TIMES. The current state forces you to use the mouse unnecessarily, leads to constant cases of people not realizing that what they just typed went nowhere, and creates confusion leading to people typing in the wring places. It is an unnecessary, unintuitive, and detrimental UI quirk.
