Is the whole soloq is back thing I am seeing on youtube a joke or? What is the deal, if its back I will unquit league and reinstall. If its not then bye again I guess lol.

EDIT: Nevermind, bye guys, I seriously didn't know and I didn't want to go through installing league and booting it up to figure it out.
