why riot should continue the judgement line of skins.
because what is wrong with giving a predominantly low elo community a unique skin every year, just for still being here.

It cheapens the effort put into the climb people make to gold for the skin. It also opens them up to more criticism over stupid stuff. Why did X get the skin. Now it'll be forever before they get another one. Grant Champs for free to players. Resource and opportunity cost. Working on the freebie they aren't working on other stuff.
In other words just learn and climb like gold and up did.
