can i at least get the option to remove one role? because autofilling me to jungle is dooming a team to failure.

I can sympathize with Jungle dooming you (my strat: pick Fiddlesticks, contest dragons, hope for the best), but the system is naive enough that it probably couldn't handle the people who round say "never support".
Just ask anyone if they want jungle. In my experience some people want it more than top, ADC, and sometimes even mid.
They tried this in a few regions, and found it to have a heavily negative impact.
