If its not URF a lot of people are going to be mad lol. I didn't even get to try URF last year so I'm damn well hoping that it is.

Community Backlash would be too high They did say URF would be back this year NURF was just stated it's "gone" in simple terms

Everything hints at URF. They also know with a ton of champs being used in URF compared to normals they can rake in the moolah from players.
