I think buffing Kassadin's E/Ultimate base damage would solve his early gave wave clear problem.

Even though he's a very aggressive champion, I doubt that a 20-40 extra base damage would affect him that much considering how his base damage already is.

Buffing his early game waveclear would do nothing but buff his lategame magefucking playstyle. A good kassidin is already antiful to fight against as just about any mage, or squishies in general.
