Bruiser Rengar Build Help Please

Currently I have been playing a lot of Rengar top, but not built like an assasin but as a bruiser. Yes, I know it may seem strange not building him glass cannon, but I have had a lot of success due to his W giving resistance, a lot of sustain, and magic damage.

My start is either: item 1054 and 1 item 2003, or a item 1029 and 5 item 2003.

Depending on my matchup my first item is a item 3068 or a item 3065 Both of these are core to bruiser rengar. I usually buy item 3047 or item 3111 with my first buy. The increased healing and cdr from item 3065 is nice and with hybrid pen marks item 3068 is awesome as well.

My main damage item is always a item 3078, because rengar can use everything on it but the mana, and it gives his Q a sheen proc, and his W gets more damage for some awesome pushing.

Then depending on the enemy team comp I build a item 3143 item 3083 or item 3102

Although, I can easily lane against most opponents my late game damage is meh, so which other damage item should I build? A item 3153 for more q burst? A item 3074 for splitpushing? Or a item 3071 for overall more damage and cdr.

I'm leaning more towards the item 3071 myself, what do you guys think?

**Oh yeah inb4 rengar bruiser isn't viable. **

If I were you I wouldn't get Spirit Visage, at least not until after the laning phase is over. I've had far more luck building health and damage on bruisers when against an AP top laner. Also avoid Warmogs if you can. It's not a bad item or anything, you just want resistances and health over passive sustain.

Sunfire is a great pick, but I'd build it (or Spirit Visage, if that's more applicable) alongside a Brutalizer. Black Cleaver and Triforce should be all the damage you need for a bruiser build. If you find you don't need any more defense, but still have an open slot get a Hydra, it is almost never a bad pick.

I almost always max W first when I play bruiser rengar, because of the sustain in lane. I have problems deciding on q or e next though. Should I max Q first most of the time, and only do E second if its a bad lane?
