He already has a VU. You can unlock it with 3250 RP...
If there was any champ that could use solely a VU, it would be 
. Phoenix stance and Turtle stance look really bad. They were fine for the time period he was released, but we have come a long way now and Riot can do better than just retextured bear skins. Maybe next year they can give him a quick 
level update that focuses more on his model than his kit.
