Riot fanboys coming to their defence after so many complained about the disastrous "My shop" rollout

I love how these guys think people complaining about something going wrong is a bad thing. If customers never complained to companies when their products are bad, they won't even know there is a problem and will never improve and that's bad for the company.

I don't know if I'm a typical Riot customer, but I suspect there are many like me, who never buy any skins unless they are on some kind of sale. So if the my shop fails to deliver anything I'm interested in because it was poorly coded or just poorly thought out, Riots not getting any money from me for that and since they are a business (stay with me here, I know this is complicated stuff) THAT'S A BAD THING AND THEY NEED TO KNOW.

Also for those of you that say "oh poor babies complaining about riot giving out free stuff", its not free you still have to pay REAL money for a product with NO REAL WORLD VALUE, so no, its not "free stuff. Its overpriced virtual goods, and they had if they want my money, they'd better try harder to get it.

The initial Your Shop selection was actually bugged, which is why it got disabled for a little bit (new selections rolled out when it was reenabled). Even then, though, you aren't supposed to be guaranteed exactly what you want. The point isn't to just give you the best stuff for your most used champions, it's supposed to give you a variety based on your play styles and preferred roles.

If you didn't get anything you really wanted, sorry, better luck next time, or you can wait on Early Sales and regular sales.

Yes I am aware of that. I loaded it after the bug was fixed. Last 2 times the my shop was out I bought several skins each and there were several more i wanted but couldn't afford at the time, so I was really looking forward to it the new roll-out, only to be severely disappointed after the hype from riot built it up to be better than before. Not to mention I was outright baffled by the defense of riot by these fanboys who think that customers complaining about a poor product is a bad thing, its not. It only serves to help them improve so they can make more money next time. Edit: I was also frustrated because the most popular post about this was locked because the OP posted it in the game play section instead of misc, which ironically is probably why it even got replies in the first place, because very few people look at this section.

Just my observation since none of the numerous threads about my shop in misc got much traction, yet the ONE thread that went in gameplay got a bunch. Could be a coincidence I suppose (or perhaps more interesting wording in the title), but most of the threads i see on the main pages are either game-play or memes, with and occasional player behavior throw in. Of course the posters reputation seems to have ALOT to do with whether a thread gets seen or not.
