This is why I hate Blind Picks

Someone has already called Jungle, and then this one douchebag calls jg secondly, and then just instalocks Taliyah. It was a very obvious act he's trying to do. A teammate has already respectfully called the lane first, til the 2nd one instalocks & then plays the innocent with his "sry, didnt see".

And his 2nd excuse "u go jg, I'll go fill". Like, what's there to fill when you stupidly instalocks the Mage champion on point? I forgot to screenshot the rest as we were in a heated argument, with me saying "no need to pretend, why did you instalocked for?" He responded by saying "don't care, if you don't want me to fill, I'll just jg", forcing our actual jungler to ADC instead.

Dear Riot, is this the type of queue you wished to keep & treasure instead of Normal Draft? People with slower loading times loses their desired role, people instalocking without giving a care to others, plus the fact that a lot of people hate having to go up against champions who are either mirrored or cancer like Yasuo or Lee Sin.

And all of this for what? Shorter queue times??

This is why I really wished that Riot would simply removed Blind Pick & bring back Normal Draft, the desired queue that I wished to have & use everyday. If everyone thinks having Normal Draft only may give too much pressure in terms of queue times before school, work, etc, then replace the Lock In button with the Ready button, similar to what Team Builder did.

I mean, it's blind pick and it's obviously a low elo game. So some things to take note of here.

First of all, nowhere in anywhere does it say that blind pick role selection is decided by who can type faster. By that "rule", some players would be forced to fill every game because maybe their computer or internet cant load up the lobby as fast as everyone else's, or they simply can't type as fast. How is that fair to that person?

The decision of who goes where should be a team effort by communicating. Maybe he didn't see the person say jg, maybe he loaded in late. How do you know he's lying. Even if he is though, 2 wrongs don't make a right, so anyone on your team that flames him is just as much the problem as he is.

Also, the fact that it is likely a low elo game makes the roles so much less relevant. Almost anyone can win with anything at low elo, so try not to cry so much about meta and just focus on playing your own champ the best you can.

Its ok. I'll treat FLEXQ as a normal draft pick for my practices and i will laugh my ass off when low players are threatening to troll the match.. i couldnt care less lol. I dont care about that rank, they might do. Its so sweet watching them rage

I thought of another method.

So, we got this thing called pick intentention in ranked que. Add pick intention to blind pick. Remove the lock in button. If two or more people have the same champion picked at the end of count down, the game is disbanded.

You can go deep with this shit. Disband games with more than 1 smite, or no smites. You could enforce a meta right down to champion role. You could give any punishment to "disbanders". On the hardware end, lobbies are not getting spammed as much as team builder.

Then you start loading into the game and realise that 3 out of 5 players are stuck in boring mirror matches.

Then you get in game and your Bronze 1st time Vayne checked LoL Nexus tells you she's vsing a Diamond MR7 Vayne with 100+ games played.

We need the happy medium of a modified Team Builder. You select your role and depending on what you pick, pay the price of a longer que time for it. Nobody argues, you get to play what you want, and things go relatively faster than Draft.
