fill is "50% faster"

Just saw the new info for queuing. Let me just start by saying this is a much needed and awaited feature and it is really awesome to see. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Now then Mid was 20% slower and support was 50% faster... can you guess how fast fill was?
