What happened to Udyr?

I still play him. Hell, I'm planning on getting spirit guard, i like playing him so much.

I see him played a little bit, probably once every thirty to forty matches. That being said, nobody plays him because shyvana does his job better. Udyr is all about running up to you, stunning you, rotating to a different form and either killing you or really annoying you. Shyvana doesn't have to stun you because she runs up to you and you're probably dead. Udyr can get super tanky, shyvana can get super tanky. It all comes down to the build style. With the higher mobility in champions these days as well, udyr has a harder time catching people. He's just not up to the task that other similar champions are.
