I have too much IP and need a new champion

I have 57535 ip atm... been playing for 4 years basically have all the champions I actually find interesting honestly.

I main support but often play jungle or ADC. mid and top almost always get called, infact I can't even play top lane without feeding anymore.

I am considering picking up a new jungler, for whatever reason I seem to just main a single jungler during a season. I have barely played anyone other than Sejauni in season 5 jungle, (Although a bit of Fiddles and occaisionlly my old favourite Maokai). and I probably should have someone else to play.

I like having the ability to both intiate and to disengage/peel and I prefer utility over damage.

Which champions should I purchase?
