Its kinda like saying why 
doesnt have an elderwood skin. I guess rito wants to avoid redundant skin series with specific champs that fit the series with their kit, appearance, lore etc.

Diana would work well with this skin line, yeah. But can we just sit back and bask in how absolutely frickin fantastic BM Kennen is. Like the particles are as sexy as hell. Yasuo can go away, though. It's already going to be obnoxious because his whirlwind and wall are really hard to see when they're in dull reddish colors instead of the bright blue-white. I wish Diana had replaced Yasuo in this year's.
Ezreal needs this skin too.
