I realized why trolls arent banned
People don't report them.
Plain and simple.
They instead honor them for the "free wins"

Trolls just make a new account when they get banned. They never leave, they just change their mask.
Yeeeeeah, this is one of the problems. They whine about reporting trolls on their team, but then they will either not report when it is the opponent, BM and say "Only if you surrender." or just don't care because "Oh well, not me."
