So what exactly is the difference between ranked and norms anymore?
Because I don't see it. It seems like rito is just making ranked into glorified norms.

people play serious in ranked, and in norms you see all types of champs and builds
exactly. League of Norms. this game went from 'the best Online Game' to 'the biggest joke ever' LMAO.
The main difference is the Lethal Dose, 50%.
Honestly, the only difference is that ranked, you win/lose LP, while in norms, you don't do either. But you STILL get issues trying to get into a match...
Last time took me nearly 10 minutes to get into a game of waiting alone.
Normals are just for fun but you can still improve.
Ranked measure how well you fight as a member of a team you train/regularly fight with or how well you adopt to random players and teams as a solo player.
