6 Years and still no improvements

You're matchmaking is a fucking joke. Fix your shit. No wonder your player base is falling off. You spend so much time trying to figure out what your flavor of the month OP is gonna be instead of actually, oh I dunno, balancing your own game which has been around for 6 years now. I haven't now nor have I ever claimed to be overly good at this game and my stats generally reflect it, but non stop solo q whether it's on this account or even a different non 30 one I still get put up against diamond and plat level players You know nothing says fun game like continually getting shit stomped into the ground over and over again for a minimum of 20 minutes while I can do nothing about it. It isn't fun when I continually watch the teams stacked in one direction damn near every game I play.
