Dealing With Certain Toxicity

Is there a system in place for dealing with players immediately for certain behaviors in the game, because if not I feel there needs to be. I was recently in a game where the player in question picked Ashe and was AFK in the fountain from the beginning. They didn't say anything or move but they were still there. When someone said something to them in anger, the only thing they said was "fuk you too %%%" and then they left. Now I can understand if someone doesn't get instabanned for an afk, but upon looking at their match history the last 2 games they had were 0/41/0 and 0/14/0. That means that not just in my game, but 2 other games players had to deal with similar game ruining behavior. A total of 12 players just from the games I looked at (including mine) had to suffer at least 20 minutes of their time to someone who has no interest in improving their behavior or even playing the game. I know that everyone in my lobby reported the Ashe, at least on my team and a few of the other team members but the fact that they can still play games til their account gets dealt with while acting like that is what bothers me most.

Back when I was in silver bronze I used to think that way

After that I climb to plat and started to see where I can improve and gave up being salty and blaming myself for misplaying.

So the way up the ladder is to not be salty or negative?

Yup if your being affected by your emotions you will be more likely to get caught out and go on tilt

You might have one game where someone is toxic and tilts but hey being positive works.

What does that have anything to do with what I just said? I don't mind the losing, it's more the getting rid of the toxic player base who just want to ruin the game for other players. Rank has nothing to do with AFK or toxicity nor does winning or losing.

Isn't what this thread is about dealing with toxicity?

There is a banning system too. You don't win every game but I had fun learning how to lane better.

Did you actually read what my post even said? I'm not complaining about losing or anything. I'm not salty or angry we lost the game. I am saying that a player who was toxic on a major level 3 games in a row was aloud to do so rather than have a system in place that stopped him after the first or second game he did it.

then complain to riot it's their system

There something called mute. Being toxic I don't mind I just mute and concentrate on my own gameplay.

They said one thing all game and then left. And I thought the boards was the way to go through Riot but I suppose not. Just read what my original post said because I am getting confused by your replies in the context of my posts because this isn't about me talking toxic or even about a person just afking. The game before mine the guy went 0/41/0 for his team. That isn't something you can just mute. He is feeding and trolling trying to make his team lose. I wasn't even in that game.

Except I'm not. If someone goes 0/41/0 or feeding so hard there should be a system put in place to prevent them from playing further until their account is reviewed. This isn't just a "Oh my god someone is being mean to me" post. I am legitimately asking if they have or will have a system in place to deal with players that do things like that immediately rather then let them run rampant until they finally get dealt with.

? They will drop a division eventually and get banned no point in complaning Good player get better and bad players get worse that the common law. The system is fine as is.

Or the fact that in that 0/41 game and the 0/14 game they had they did 0 damage the whole game. That is straight feeding, not a bad player. Instead of just letting them continue to ruin the game for other players trying to play, there should be something to flag a player to stop them from continuing. And again, this isn't a complaint about a loss. The fact this person played 3 games back to back trolling their team with feeding/afking and got away with it is the type of thing that should be dealt with immediately, not letting them play more and more til the tribunal catches up to them.
