This idea would cut down on the amount of trolls that play League, and therefore ACTUALLY work to fix the toxicity problem.
League now requires a valid driver's license to register. Boom. No more 12 year olds that ruin the game.
Then you're locking out a large part of the player base. Trying to make the space a more "adult" thing. What about the disabled adults that don't have a drivers license and play the game because its what they can do? Well, you just screwed them out of the game they love to play because of your butt hurt (no offense). You cant do some validation process like that. Also, it wouldn't fix the problem. The majority of players on league are over the age of 17. That means the majority would still be able to register under your ludicrous system. Thus the game would still have the people you were trying to lock out. The system you are suggesting is unfair and would not fix the problem what-so-ever. Just saying. That's my two cents.
There are still a lot of 12-15 year olds who don't troll or flame. Problem is, because they are quiet and never go all caps rage, they never get noticed as much. The kids who yell at everything make the other children look bad.
