Does anyone have a recommendation for an offline game like LoL?

Been having internet issues that moved me to a 20 min wait. Seeing as I don't want to ruin other people's online game, I'm gonna hold off for a bit (RIP the grind to gold - was so close at silver 1). Meanwhile, I'm looking for any games similar to the Moba experience of making builds, fighting enemies, isometric camera style for PC. Diablo 3 was great as well as divinity original sin but are there any recommendations?
