Normal Drafts In A Nutshell

I'd like it if they made your MMR for all normals the same. I played a TB with some friends once (we hardly ever play TB because we usually have enough people), and we were matched against the bronze teams. I think the highest rank we played against was silver 5.

DId I miss something??? When did 0/9/21 masteries become a thing?
