Riot games Folder

My riot games folder somehow is COMPLETELY Empty for no reason at all. i had, and still do have a problem with it (look at previous post) and its aggrivating the hell out of me. idk what to do at this point. do i restart windows? im constantly getting this error, and i can't clear my temp folder from league of legends because it doesnt even exist anymore on my pc when i didnt do anything to it. im really confused. any help will be aknowledged. if a Riot Employee can help me with this, thank you. its really making me mad and i have a feeling that its not gonna be pretty if i get mad at it
