Names doing damage????

Okay, i tried to provide a link, but i can't for some reason. Just wondering if anyone else had a problem where Summoner names were doing consistant damage. I was just in a game, of which i lost. Rammus, the jungler, was doing damage with just his very presence. And every time that i died with him either killing or assisting on me, he would do anywhere from 100-1200 damage with just his name. There was no ability picture, and whenever i scrolled over it, it said "Ginger Root 17". its confusing me as that is his summoner name, and it was actually making me mad. i lost a total of about 5000 health from just his health. I have a feeling that this is a bug. If you, Riot, can address this, it would mean alot to me. this has been happening ALOT as of late.
