People in Dynamic/Soloq

I just don't understand this. Why is it that the Jungler is automatically to blame when everything goes wrong so soon? i was clearing my blue buff, and it was already 11/0. At the end of the game in the Post-game lobby, the Draven was wondering why i wouldnt gank him. (Apperently ganking an extremely fed enemy is what you're supposed to do...) And the Diana, whom lost to the Nidalee, was blaming me and flaming me for not ganking. Same situation with the Draven. Can someone explain to me why the Jungler is automatically blamed if the game is a loss? I'm not here looking for sympathy or empathy. i would just like an explanation. If i could provide pictures/videos as evidence, then i would.
