The reason people don't like Leblanc

Is because she can kill you without you being able to do anything counterplay wise. I was just in a game as ADC. She wasn't even doing well, she had like 3 kills and only 130 cs at 26 mins. Yet, she 100-0 me in 0.46 seconds. Where is the counterplay to that? She isn't fed and still kills you without you being able to do anything. What worse is that she did it when I was in a group with 2 other people, and she is able to just blink away. Being able to jump in, 100-0 you while not being fed, and jump out out touched is the reason people dislike Leblanc.
