Whenever you join a team in Team Builder, or found a team in Normals/Ranks
Please don't start off with saying things like "Hello! How you guys doing?" bs. This is as pretty irritating as people going afk.

How does greeting your team equal people going afk? To that end how is being polite and greeting your team irritating?
I seriously can not get a read on you. Sometimes you are perfectly rational and sincerely kind, and sometimes you're a trolly jerk. You aren't bipolar, are you?
Being friendly to your team is the best way to dissuade toxicity, and therefore have an enjoyable match with teamwork.
