Whenever you join a team in Team Builder, or found a team in Normals/Ranks
Please don't start off with saying things like "Hello! How you guys doing?" bs. This is as pretty irritating as people going afk.

BeatzBoyFTW2 votesMost of the time, a lot of us just wants to "get to the point". Call your lanes, grab a good wombo combo team, get your wards out, ping danger for the team, everything that can settle the match fast & clear.
No one's got the time to be having some "Introductory" to a team that will never be seeing each other for another 100 matches. No one is going to be celebrating for some Teletubbies behaviour bullsh't. That's just irritating as hell.

Being friendly to your team is the best way to dissuade toxicity, and therefore have an enjoyable match with teamwork.
