If a boards member or Riot member could help, these are a few things that really don't make sense.

Im not here to complain, QQ, or sh*t on Riot for the preseason, but somethings just dont make sense. Here's list if anyone can help me get some info.

Why did Vayne get compensation buffs for item 3153 while Sejuani did not for item 3709 ? Why can Jinx fire alcohol in the new Harrowing skin but Graves cant smoke? Why are item 3046 item 3085 and Rapid Firecannon pretty much the exact same item with different passives? Everything must have a counter (or else its an unfair mechanic), so other than cc, why were the adc counter items (item 3143 item 3075 ) nerfed a bit?

Why was the Harrowing event postponed if the skins/lore/whatever-it-is is seperate from the pro play division? Was is delayed for something else?

If other MOBA's have already created a system to fight against AFK's, why has league not adopted it?

And as im writing this, why doesnt Riot come out with a set of threads explaining these things? It would prevent all of the repetitive threads of people complaining, critisizing, and arguing about about things they dont actually understand. Like how the ELO ladder actually matchmakes, how the report system actually works, why some problems arent fixed immedeately and take time to test.

Thanks to anyone who can help me understand these things :P

Consistancy is not in Riots vocabulary unfortunately.

I wish I knew. BTW you forgot Gragas when talking about Graves. His think is that he is literally always drunk, but Graves can't smoke. It's inconsistent. For the ADC counter items, it had to do with overkill for the since gone tank meta and the fact that ADCs were too weak. I think the items will probably have to be buffed again, but Riot will probably let the ADCs stay oppressive for a while until they take any action. Vayne is one of the "sacred" champions that must always be viable, like Lee Sin and Riven. Riot doesn't want to "just copy" other MOBAs; they have to come up with their own system that is supposedly better because "Riot knows best". The new crit items are actually going to be pretty different because of the passives, sort of how Spirit Visage and Banshee's Veil are pretty distinct from each other despite similar build paths and stats.

I love Riot, but sometimes they drive us all a bit crazy.
