RAF Wrap up was horribly done

Takes like a week for the site to update, and then they just deny any claims because the site took forever to update. Poorly represented that you'd have until the 5th when the 5th it's self was the cut off, not at the end of the day as you'd expect but at the beginning. The site says it takes up to 72 hours for rewards to mark, and then the cut off cancels all of that.

Really disappointed in how badly Riot handled shutting this system down.
