I wouldn't get too worked up, in all my days of supporting I have never once ran into a mild mannered Vayne. Not once. Just keep chugging along and have fun :D

Well there's your problem.
Seriously Vayne mains are the worst. The other day I played a team builder and queued as support Veigar. Our top lane Cho'Gath never connected so it was a 4 v 5 from the start.
Vayne got hooked by thresh 3 times, and died 2 of those times (once I saved her by dropping a stun and we were too close to our own turret for them to go in on us.) Vayne then blamed me for being "not a real support" and I said "um, if you get hooked that's not my fault." Vayne told me "you add nothing to the lane." So I, figuring we were gonna lose a 4 v 5 anyway said "fine, I'll leave." So I went top lane, which allowed our jungle Vi to actually jungle. Then mid-game we got into a poke heavy team fight in mid, I was in a bush near the lane and Vayne got hooked and dived, I dropped a stun around 3 enemy players and we aced them. Then I said "Yeah, support Veigar is useless." Vayne responds "Dude, that was all Vi, she did all the damage."
Vayne mains are idiots.
BTW I went 7/7/28 and we won the game.
