why is heimerdinger even a thing?

seriously he takes literally no skill to play, you can play like garbage, build like garbage, and still do damage. seriously the design is just awful. lets make a champion, who doesn't actually deal his own damage. it's like if yorick's ghosts did the same amount of damage he does. honestly he's the stupidest champion in the game. you guys are going to be like "oh you just lost to a heimerdinger" yeah i did just lose to a heimerdinger as i was hard countered playing volibear and in addition, my jungle fed him two kills, but the majority of the time i beat heimerdingers though. here's heimer's playstyle. put down turrets, superturret, aoe stun, zhonyas. like really? it's like that rich kid in the movie "kickass 2" who doesn't really do anything but use other people beat the guys up. lets go through some more champions that take no skill to play malzahar, big silence, unavoidable dot and voidling damage, unavoidable aoe damage, and ignite ult. swain, stand in minions, reqw ignite aa and instakill akali, q farm early, at 6 win lane unless countered ryze, r combo damage ???? profit? sona, 3 skills Qaa, 3 skills Qaa ult, mesmerize with dat booty master yi, r e aa aa aa aa aa aa aa aa aa aa aa aa aa aa aa Q to dodge aa aa aa aa aa

not listing any tanks because tanks are tanks, and i don't dislike these champions (except yi, i don't like yi), their designs are nice, but heimerdinger is just an idiotic character design.
